You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to request service. You must disclose relevant conditions, including damage, lowered suspension, locked wheels, missing keys, modifications, unusual dimensions, or restricted access. We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe or the requested service could cause unreasonable risk.

6. Storage and vehicle release

Storage availability, rates, documentation, identification, payment, and release requirements will be communicated for the applicable vehicle. Vehicles are released only to an authorized person who satisfies applicable legal and payment requirements.
